  1. The Sega Master System.

  3. I had one of them as well, and I belive I probably had the biggest
  4. collection of games ever... Yesss a certain 'Alister Gregory' was
  5. sorry when he STOLE a game (Astro Warrior) out my desk at school.
  6.  
  7. Funny story.
  8.  
  9. He thought he was the school 'hard man', but no one liked him and
  10. as soon as his back was turned we were making fun of him.
  11.  
  12. Anyway, I lent him a few games and he gave them back, I put 
  13. them in my desk and thought nothing more of it untill i noticed
  14. later that day one was missing.
  15.  
  16. Now he was a bit stupid, and he actualy told me earlier that he liked
  17. Astro Warrior. I knew he had it, so the next day I confronted him
  18. in Geography. 'I havent got it' (i'd do that bit in a squeeky voice
  19. if i was telling you this face to face) but i knew he did.
  20.  
  21. Every time he turned away Paul Checkets and Chris Woodly would 
  22. mouth the words 'He has' to me.
  23.  
  24. So I though, hes not getting away with this (remember games cost 25-35
  25. pound then as well, and when you're a kid, thats a lot to have STOLEN
  26. from you.) So I told my mom what had happened that night.
  27.  
  28. Next day I said 'Look Alister my mother is picking me up tonight in her
  29. car and we are going round your house to get the game. The End.'
  30.  
  31. He still refused, but seemed a little worried when 3:15 came he was no 
  32. where to be see, until a friend said he had seen him go into the 
  33. toilets. So me and a few friends went in and found the school 
  34. hardman crying his eyes out. Ha hahaha.
  35.  
  36. Amazingly he still refused to give me the game, so I said FINE we
  37. will phone the police.
  38.  
  39. He went outside, got into his moms car and went home, we followed in
  40. my moms car, when we got there his mom insisted he didnt have it
  41. but said she would go look, she came down with what looked like
  42. a circuit board in her hand, on closer inspection it appeared to
  43. be my game without the cover on. It seemed he had ran upstairs and
  44. had attempted to put the ROM in to a box and smash the cartridge.

  46. We got it back, he was humiliated the next day.
  47.  
  48. True story.

  50. Theres a moral there somewhere, Probably the squeeky wheel gets the
  51. grease. Or some thing.
